Thieves Fake Seizure to Steal Puppies: Cops

Shocking video shows a man appearing to have a medical emergency. However, cops say he's faking it to create a distraction for his alleged accomplice. While everyone is paying attention to the stricken man, the other guy slips to the back of the store. He grabs two puppies valued at over $4,000 each. Staff members tackled the thief but he got away. The man who allegedly faked the medical emergency is in custody and charged with theft. His alleged accomplice is still at large.
