A letter addressed to an Arizona restaurant came with $1,000 in cash tucked inside and a handwritten apology from a waitress who once worked there. The anonymous letter was addressed to Carlotta Flores, who owns El Charro Cafe in Tucson. The letter indicated that the former waitress stole from the restaurant two decades ago. "It’s been 20 years, but I still carry great remorse. I am very sorry that I stole from you,” the letter read.
