Who Threw Fireworks Out Truck Window?

Are those fireworks coming from this truck's window? Investigators with the Kitsap County Sheriff's Office in Washington state are looking for the driver and passenger of the vehicle. A woman says that while she was driving, she was being followed by the truck. She told police she slowed down to let the truck go past her. That's when someone in the truck started throwing fireworks out the window. Inside Edition Digital has the video.
