Woman Gives Birth on Roadway After Being Pulled Over for Allegedly Speeding

Florida troopers were in hot pursuit of a car they say was speeding at 83 miles per hour, when they saw the driver frantically waving them over for help. “My wife’s about to have a baby,” the man says, explaining that they had been speeding to get to the hospital. But as he helped his wife out of the car, it was apparent that she was ready to give birth right then and there! Florida trooper Michael Allen helped deliver the baby girl on the side of the road and spoke to Inside Edition.
