Woman Kicked Off Ohio-Bound Flight Over Emotional Support Squirrel

October 10, 2018

A woman was removed from a flight Tuesday after bringing aboard what she says was her emotional support squirrel. Frontier Airlines said in a statement that the woman made note of the fact she was bringing an emotional support animal with her, but did not specify the nature of the animal. Once employees realized she'd brought a squirrel on the flight, they asked her to leave the plane. "Rodents, including squirrels, are not allowed on Frontier flights," the airline said in a statement.
