Woman With Wheelchair Says Briere's Initial Apology at Bar Was ‘Insincere'

Twenty-two-year-old Sydney Benes is speaking out to Inside Edition after her wheelchair was pushed down the stairs. Benes was at a bar when she needed to use the restroom. She parked her wheelchair at the top of a staircase as a security guard carried her to the bathroom. When she came out of the restroom, her wheelchair was damaged at the bottom of the stairs. Turns out Carson Briere, the man who pushed her wheelchair, is also the son of former hockey star Danny Briere.
