Family Fights Off Bobcat That Snatched Pet Dog

A family was having a relaxing day with their dog frolicking outside until chaos erupted. A bobcat seized the tiny yorkie, Ariel, and ran off with her clamped in its mouth. Claudia Asberry and her pooch were visiting her daughter's home in Frisco, Texas when the predator struck. The family fought off the beast. Ariel survived and needed emergency surgery. Asberry says later in the day they took a picture of the bobcat. A dramatic end to a quiet family day.
