Meghan Markle Wax Figure Unveiled at Madam Tussauds Ahead of Royal Wedding

Fans of Meghan Markle and Prince Harry will be delighted to know they can get a selfie with the royal couple on their special day — it will just have to be the wax versions of the soon-to-be married pair.

Fans of Meghan Markle and Prince Harry will be delighted to know they can get a selfie with the royal couple on their special day — it will just have to be the wax versions of the soon-to-be married pair.

Madame Tussauds London has revealed its wax figure of Markle just in time for May 19 royal wedding.

“OMG the day has come!” the wax museum tweeted Wednesday. "Who's ready to hang with the royal couple?”

The museum shared a photo of their waxwork, which donned the emerald green P.A.R.O.S.H. dress the real Markle wore during her and Prince Harry’s engagement announcement. It also sports a replica of her engagement ring.

The likeness will be on display next to the figure of Prince Harry, which was created in celebration of his 30th birthday in 2014 and has been updated to include a beard.

“Excitement for the royal couple’s wedding reaches across the globe so it will come as no surprise that we’ve been secretly working away on a Meghan Markle figure since news of the royal engagement broke,” Madame Tussauds London’s general manager Edward Fuller said in a statement.

"It’s clear that the public has already taken Meghan to their hearts," Fuller continued. “One half of arguably the most famous couple in the world right now, she’s already made her own mark as a humanitarian and role model."

The figures will be put on display for a special bachelor and bachelorette-themed event on the eve of the couple’s wedding, in which anyone named Meghan or Harry will gain free entrance.

And on May 19, the public can watch from the museum as Markle and Prince Harry marry.

“With a live screening of the wedding and the incredible likeness of our figures, it will be as if you are really there!" the museum said.

Madame Tussauds London's sister museum in New York will reveal its wax figure of Markle on Wednesday.
