Giant Dinosaur Statue Goes Missing From Shopping Center
“Deeno the Dinosaur,” who can’t usually be missed when passing by a shopping center in Colorado, disappeared on July 13th.
A dinosaur has gone missing.
Well, a statue, that is.
“Deeno the Dinosaur,” who usually can't be missed when passing by a shopping center in Colorado, disappeared on July 13.
A spokesperson at The Market at Spring Creek, where Deeno usually resides, said it's believed the statue was taken.
"Our beloved Deeno the Dino brontosaurus was stolen about two weekends ago and we’re trying to find him,” project coordinator Holly Abes told KKTV.
She also mentioned that his “friend,” a T. rex statue located next to where he used to be, is “missing him.”
"He was supposed to be over here near the T. rex. They wanted to hang out together. They are old friends,” Abes added.
There is currently a $500 reward for Deeno’s return, and anybody with information can visit finddeeno.com.
