A teenager made a once-in-a-lifetime shot and wowed the crowd. 18-year-old James Meiergerd, who has Down syndrome, nailed a backwards, half court trick shot. The incredible moment happened during halftime at a high school basketball game in Nebraska and instantly made James MVP of the day.
