3-Year-Old Boy Rescued After Falling 13 Feet Down Well

It was a race against time to save a child who accidentally fell down a well in China. Firefighters arrived on the scene to find the 3-year-old boy at the bottom of a 13-foot abandoned well, which was only about 11 inches in diameter. They used equipment to get more oxygen to him so he could breathe while they worked to get him out. They then tied rope around his wrists hoping to pull him up to safety, but he was stuck in the tight space. InsideEdition.com's Mara Montalbano has more.
