Plane 'Threads The Needle' To Land On Florida Interstate

There were scary moments as a plane made an emergency landing on a Florida interstate. It was half an hour into a training flight when fumes reportedly started filling the cockpit. The pilot knew she had to land, even though there was no airport in sight. The single engine plane narrowly missed road signs and vehicles before touching down safely.
