'America's Most Wanted' Fugitive Anesthesiologist Caught On Sailboat

A two decades-long manhunt has come to a close in Rhode Island, authorities say. Ronald L. Fischer was apprehended by the U.S. Coast Guard on a 56- foot sailboat called "The Silver Lining" on Thursday. After fleeing custody in 2005, Fischer, a former anesthesiologist , was convicted in absentia of raping a woman in 2003. His case was featured several times on "America's Most Wanted."
