90-Year-Old Japanese Man Competes In Bodybuilding Competition

Toshisuke Kanazawa, 90, recently traveled from Japan to Santa Susanna in Spain to compete in the age 50-and-over category of a bodybuilding competition. He credits his health and longevity to a traditional Japanese diet. He says age is not a barrier to strenuous exercise and competition. While he did not make it to the awards podium, he said he was still proud of being a fit senior citizen and hopes to inspire others to be the same.
