Are People Showering Less Because of the Pandemic?

Have you cut back on showers during the pandemic? A lot of folks did. According to a new poll in the UK, 17% of Brits have stopped taking a shower every day. Consumer goods giant Unilever saw sales drop in haircare, skin care and deodorant. Heather Walley, a writer from Connecticut, says her habit of daily showers changed once she realized she was often still in pajamas at 7 p.m., never having had to change to go to work. “To be clear, I’m still showering a respectable and healthy amount,” she said.
