Police in Illinois made an arrest that they hope will finally help them close a 33-year-old case. Jesse Smith, 64, has been indicted for killing 19-year-old Tammy Tracey, a dental assistant who went missing in May 1987. A year later her remains were found in a wooded area. A medical examiner determined she had been shot and stabbed. Investigators say new evidence allowed them to move forward with making an arrest. Inside Edition Digital’s Mara Montalbano has more.
