Tom Maoli owns Joe Zone Sports Cafe in Whippany, New Jersey, and he’s trying to entice teens to work for him. He knows younger workers are in high-demand, so he’s raised wages above minimum wage and says the cafe is a blast to work in. Aside from dining and hospitality, lifeguards are also in high-demand.
