A traffic court judge judged his own case. He was charged with the use of a handheld device while driving. Judge Michel E. Henson tells Inside Edition's Steven Fabian it was the "absolute first time and hopefully the only time" he called himself to the bench. He ruled himself guilty and fined himself $60, the maximum penalty.
