A man planned the perfect surprise proposal at a romantic spot overlooking Laguna Beach in southern California. He even hired a mariachi band for the special moment. All was going according to plan, until a woman showed up and started yelling ugly, racist things at them. The disturbing confrontation was caught on camera by a photographer hired by the groom-to-be. Inside Edition's Jim Moret is there.
