Friends of Paul Reubens Say He Never Indicated He Was Sick

Friends of actor Paul Reubens, beloved for his iconic character Pee-wee Herman, says he never let on that he was dying of cancer. Instead, Reubens kept the laughs coming, says actor Corey Feldman. Feldman shared festive Muppet-themed happy birthday text messages from Reubens that he received while celebrating his birthday in Hawaii, two weeks ago. Inside this year's Christmas card, Reubens wrote to Feldman: "Hoping your 2023 is filled with health, joy, happiness, love and fun."
