Could Tekashi 6ix9ine Remain in Jail Until September 2019?

Tekashi 6ix9ine could spend close to a year behind bars, according to a report. The 22-year-old was denied bail after pleading not guilty to charges of drug trafficking, armed robbery and involvement in a shooting. He's been behind bars since Nov. 18 and the judge set his trial date for September. TMZ reports he might not get out until then but his lawyer plans to apply for bail directly to the trial judge.
