One lucky person could win this house with a sordid history. The modest home in Culiacan, Mexico, was actually a safe house for the country’s most famous drug lord, El Chapo. Now, the Mexican government is holding a lottery to give it away. It was this house where Joaquin Guzman, known as El Chapo, fled when marines had him surrounded in 2014 after he spent years on the run following a 2001 prison escape.
