FBI Adds Alleged Haitian Gang Leader to Top 10 Most Wanted List

An alleged gang leader in Haiti has been added to the FBI’s Ten Most Wanted List. Vitel’homme Innocente was indicted for the killing of a U.S. citizen in 2022. The agency says the victim was a missionary who was kidnapped with her husband. He is also suspected in other kidnappings. There is a $2 million reward for information leading to his arrest and/or conviction. Inside Edition Digital’s Mara Montalbano has more.
