Fed-up employees are telling their bosses "I quit" in a new way. Some workers who loathed their jobs, or have found better opportunities elsewhere, are recording their departure in a viral phenomenon called "live quitting." The new trend is popular among Gen-Z and Millennial workers. Inside Edition's Ann Mercogliano spoke to Humza Zafar, who "live quit" his Michigan engineering job. But can taking part in the trend backfire?
