Florida Cop Surprises Homeless Woman With Bike After Hers Was Taken

A Florida police officer's act of kindness brought a homeless woman to tears. Jessica Madras' bike was taken while she was at work one night. Officer Amelia Wicinski of the Sarasota Police Department responded to the call but said there wasn't much she could do at the time.
