The alleged road rage incident is an extreme example of the frustration that has gripped the UK over fuel shortages. The fuel crisis reportedly is the result of a shortage of tanker drivers, who would transport gas and diesel to filling stations. Not enough drivers means disruptions in the supply chain, including not enough gas.
