    German Scientists’ Experiment Enables Paralyzed Mice to Walk Within Weeks

    Scientists at the Ruhr University Bochum are marveling at their experiment that enabled paralyzed mice to walk again after enduring spinal cord injuries. The researchers injected a designer protein into their brains which stimulated nerve cells. The leading scientist says “Right now, we cannot guarantee that it works in humans, but what we did is we at least showed that in principal, functional regeneration can occur after complete spinal cord injury.” Inside Edition Digital has more.
