Heather Locklear Accused of Striking Cop and EMT at Her Home

The turmoil continues for troubled actress Heather Locklear. The former ‘Melrose Place’ star shielded her face with a hoodie Monday after being busted yet again. Locklear allegedly struck a cop and an EMT who were responding to a 911 call at her home Sunday. “She was extremely intoxicated and at one point she actually kicked a deputy, at which point she was arrested,” one cop told Inside Edition. Locklear also allegedly kicked the EMT.
