High rise fires can be terrifying and one expert has tips about what you should do if you find yourself trapped in a blaze like the residents of Trump Tower over the weekend. Inside Edition spoke with Former New York City Fire Marshal Gene West about what you should do. A good thing to do is wet a towel. Place it at the base of the door and that keeps the smoke out. Also, let the fire department know you are there.
