Man Clings to Hood of Car After Driver Tries to Flee From Crash: Cops

Drivers in Texas couldn't believe what they were seeing as a man held onto the hood of an apparently damaged car traveling down a busy street. The man on the hood, Zane Wallace, says just minutes before the video was taken, he was rear-ended by the driver of the white car.
