Man Turns Personal Intersex Journey Into Fight for Awareness

Sean Saifa Wall from Atlanta is candid about his journey to discovering and living as a person who is intersex. He was castrated and put on feminizing hormones as a teen, but didn't realize the extent of having androgen insensitivity syndrome until he was in college. Since his discovery, he's worked tirelessly to find his place in the world and advocate for intersex awareness.
