Maryland Mom 'Supports the Girls' by Donating Bras and Feminine Products

A Maryland mom has started a global initiative to give women dignity, collecting and distributing bras and menstrual products to those who can't afford to buy these items for themselves. Dana Marlowe runs I Support the Girls in her home. After losing 35 pounds and needing to buy new bras, she wanted to find a use for her perfectly good old bras. When she donated them to a local homeless shelter, she got a sense of how great the need was and asked others on Facebook to get involved.
