Nia Sioux of 'Dance Moms' Recounts Painful Memories In New Memoir

Nia Sioux, was just 9 years old when she first appeared on "Dance Moms." Sioux is now 24 and recounting her seven seasons on the hit Lifetime TV show in her new memoir "Bottom of the Pyramid." Her most painful memories are when she claims Abby Lee Miller made insensitive comments about her race. Miller did not respond to Inside Edition’s request for comment but in the past has apologized for making comments people found hurtful, particularly she said, to the black community.
