Molotov Cocktail Thrown At Man In Wheelchair On Street In Oklahoma

A scary incident on the streets of Oklahoma City, when a man threw a molotov cocktail at another man in a wheelchair in broad daylight. Surveillance video shows the victim cross the intersection in his wheelchair, meanwhile the suspect seemingly just walks past him crossing another street. When the suspect reaches the other side of the street he does an about face and confronts the man in the wheelchair. Inside Edition Digital’s Mara Montalbano has more.
