Superworms Eating Styrofoam Snack Help Scientists Solve Sustainability Issues
Superworms could be the solution to the world’s recycling problems according to scientists at the University of Queensland in Australia. Superworms are originally from Central and South America and grow to be about 2 inches in length. Microbiologists are feeding three teams of larvae three different diets, including Styrofoam, to see how the bugs break it down.
