29-year-old Rajwinder Singh Sidhu and his 31-year-old brother, Gurwinder, are the talk of Mandi Dabwali in northern India, thanks to their elaborate haircut designs. They can accurately recreate pretty much anything you can think of on a scalp. "Hair design competitions are held in the U.S. and Mexico and we will try and participate there and represent India to make our country proud," Rajwinder told Reuters.
