Texas Rangers Open Baseball Stadium to 100% Capacity for Fans

April 5, 2021

It’s expected to be the largest in-person gathering in over a year, as the Texas Rangers are opening their baseball stadium at 100% capacity. More than 48,000 people will sit shoulder to shoulder to cheer on their teams. The stadium’s retractable roof will be open and masks will be required at most times. Health experts warn of a potential 4th wave targeting younger people. Lydia Perozzi, a 24-year-old Inside Edition producer, caught the virus just before she was eligible for the vaccine.
