Tortured Turpin Kids Relied on Labrador Named Raider After Rescue
The 13 Turpin children that were rescued from their parents after being tortured in a house of horrors got some help in their difficult recovery from a gentle Labrador named Raider. Raider is a therapy dog and even has his own badge. The husband and wife team of Captain Adam Roulston and officer Erin Roulston are Raider’s handlers at the Corona, California, police department. They say the Turpin children requested the dog be by their side as they faced their parents in court in 2018.
