Someone needs to alert Jamie Lee Curtis that now's the time to run and hide, as her nemesis isn't able to chase anyone. A KCBS helicopter caught this eerie scene while covering a flood in Huntington Beach, California. Someone dressed as Michael Myers from the "Halloween" movie franchise was seen paddleboarding through the affected streets. He wasn't so scary floating around with a rower to guide him. Inside Edition Digital’s Mara Montalbano has more.
