Doctor Faces Cross Examination At His Attempted Murder Trial

Gerhardt Konig, the doctor accused of trying to throw his wife, Arielle Konig, off of a cliff, faced a grilling on the stand by the prosecution. Prosecutors showed a photo of the trail in Hawaii from a travel article the doctor had looked at before going on the hike. Prosecutors also showed him the rock he used to hit his wife. The doctor claims she hit him first and was acting in self-defense. Gerhardt has pleaded not guilty to attempted murder.
