Claudia Patterson contracted COVID-19 in the summer of 2021, leading to a months-long health battle that would frighten not only herself, but her husband, Raymond. She needed to be placed on a ventilator to help with her breathing, but after a turn, Claudia is heading home. "I have a little ways to go, but nothing like I started from,” she tells KPHO.
