Florida Woman Strives to Make Yoga More Inclusive by Certifying Diverse Yoga Teachers

Ashley Adams’s passion for yoga inspired her to create a goal to certify 2,000 new yoga teachers. After taking just one yoga class, Ashley knew she wanted to teach those mindfulness tools to others.
