This is the moment a newborn's life was saved. By patting the 6-day-old baby on the back, Officer Jorge Goz was able to clear her throat. Goz is an instructor for the Fort Pierce, Florida, police department. He was on patrol when the 911 call came in that the baby's lips were turning blue.
