'Monster's Ball' Child Star Coronji Calhoun Dead at 30

A 30-year-old star of the Oscar winning film "Monster’s Ball" is dead. Coronji Calhoun played the role of Tyrell, the son of Halle Berry and Sean Diddy Combs’ characters, at the age of 10. His mother, Theresa Bailey, told WWLTV that Calhoun died of heart failure and problems with his lungs on Oct. 13. Both Halle Berry and Lee Daniels, the producer of "Monster’s Ball," each donated $3,394 to a GoFundMe for Calhoun’s family.
