Margot Kidder, Who Played Lois Lane in ‘Superman,’ Dies at 69
Margot Kidder, best known for her portrayal of Daily Planet reporter Lois Lane opposite Christopher Reeve’s Clark Kent in 1978’s ‘Superman,’ has died. She was 69. Kidder died at her Montana home on Sunday, TMZ reported. Her cause of death is not known. She was born in Canada in 1948. Her earliest roles were on Canadian television in the 60s, before moving on to feature films like ‘Quackser Fortune Has a Cousin in the Bronx’ with Gene Wilder and ‘Gaily Gaily’ with Beau Bridges.
